Victorinox Watch Deals - 26841.CB 241285.CB 241283.CB

Classic Deal of the day
Victorinox Watch Deals - Black 26841.CB Red 241285.CB White 241283.CB Men's Watches. Classic Swiss Army watch with a choice of three different styles. This deal of the day is $99 (75% off the $395 retail price). Sale ends at midnight tonight (EST). December 2, 2009

When I was a kid, I used to read books about Vampires. Not the sissy, soap-opera, tweeny books that are so popular today. I’m talking about the real, gritty, sleeps underground in a coffin, walking around in an old tuxedo, cold-blooded killer vampires. I used to love reading about those types of vampires (which probably explains a lot about why I grew up without any friends…and why I was so good at Dungeons and Dragons). Why do I bring this up now, you ask? Is it because I think this is a watch a vampire would enjoy? Well, I think a vampire would like it, sure, but there’s nothing in particular about it that would stand out to a vampire in particular except maybe that one of the three choices in styles in red, which of course would remind them of blood, and that it’s made of stainless steel, which would help keep it clean every time he climbs in and out of his underground coffin (remember, we’re talking about REAL vampires here, not the Emo Twilight ones). I think it reminds me of vampires mostly because today you have an option of choosing three different styles of this Victorinox Swiss Army classic.

So with three different choices in styles, and three different items to choose from on JomaDeals today, that gives you a total of 6 items with 720 total possible buying combinations. Which brings me back to the whole vampire thing. I know you’re probably totally lost and wondering how I managed to connect vampires, watches, and mathematical equations. Our choices on JomaDeals are expanding as rapidly as a vampire epidemic. If a vampire bites one person per night, and everyone who gets bitten bites one person per night, we’re looking at a large scale vampire epidemic in a few short weeks…that’s a really big stretch, I know, but hey, I’m just trying to keep things interesting around here. Get a high quality watch at an extra low price, and that should keep your life interesting enough so you won’t have to read watch listings anymore for fun.

ABOUT Swiss Army

In 1884, in the small village of Ibach near the Swiss Alps, Karl Elsener started his cutlery factory. He became the official supplier of the Swiss army with the famous soldier’s knife. Later, he developed the now universally popular Officer and Sport knives, officially registered in 1897. In 1909, Karl Elsener named his company Victoria in memory of his mother, and when stainless steel (Inox) was invented in 1921, the family company became Victorinox. Today, the company managed by Carl Elsener Sr. and his son, Carl Elsener Jr, employs 1000 people and makes 25 million multi-tools per year, distributed in more than 100 countries. Whether in Museum of Modern Art in New York City or accompanying Everest expeditions or NASA missions, Victorinox multi-tools are everywhere. The name ?Swiss Army? was born from the immense popularity that the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife enjoyed with American GIs returning to the USA in 1945. As this popularity increased, so did the number and diversity of features and products. Today, the Swiss Army brand is recognized by 90% of United States citizens and the Swiss Army watch (introduced in 1989) has become so popular that one out of every 5 Swiss-made timepieces exported to the USA has the famous Cross and Shield emblem, symbol of Victorinox. Victorinox Swiss Army timepieces represent a collection of high performance, attractively designed watches geared to the largest segment of the market.

Watch Deal - Dimond Deal - Seiko SKP321

Seiko Deal
Seiko Diamond Two-Tone Steel Mens Watch SKP321. Refined, watch with the characteristic charm to bring out your best self. This deal of the day is $115 (80% off the $575 retail price). Sale ends at midnight tonight (EST). Tue, November 03, 2009.

This is a beautiful watch with understated charm that brings out the best in you. In fact, when you hold this watch up, the light reflects off of the silver dial in such a way that it looks like angel wings. Or moth wings for the melancholy. Or the “Spawn” mask for the nerdy. But I like the angel image a lot better. Besides the fact that every time a moth flies near my head I freak out a little and bat at the thing until it flies away (don’t tell me to “man up,” those things are freaky), the angel is just a much more comforting image. It’s like a guardian angel conveniently sitting on your wrist at all times, guiding your steps, showing the time, telling you how awesome you are (who doesn’t like to hear that once in awhile?). Angels have a way of bringing out the best in each of us. They see what’s good in us and they emphasize it. A good looking watch does the same thing. It makes us feel good, which in turn makes us look good, which makes us look at ourselves in a different way and see the glass as half full, instead of seeing the glass as half full of pale legs, a receding hairline, and a few zits despite being promised that after puberty you wouldn’t break out anymore (stupid high school health teachers).

Today’s deal of the day is a refined, quality Seiko with an understated two-toned stainless-steel band, gold hands and roman hour markers, and lined on the sides with a subtle diamond bezel. It has a nobility about it that not many other watches convey. And today only, we’re blessing our customers with the lowest-online price of $115, a discount of 80%. You can’t even find deals like that on black Friday (which is coming soon, by the way. Stay tuned). It’s a deal so good it will even get the Pope’s attention. And if for some reason you buy this watch expecting Clarence from “It’s a Wonderful Life” and it turns out to be more like Nicolas Cage from “City of Angels,” you can send it back within 15 days for a refund. Now go ahead, buy the watch and let it encourage you on a daily basis to be the best version of yourself (like the 1960 Alfred Hitchcock version of Psycho, not 1998 Vince Vaughn version).
